unicorns exist
- anon

unicorns were known to tread delicately
dropping like the snowflakes
that fell and danced
on her porch in the winter
but they were never real
they can’t be
they were too mysterious
and untouchable
the little girl watched such
revelations fall beyond her
behind her and below her
and didn’t notice
that a shiny coat of white
and a horny littered with love
was approaching her
behind her back

I am a poet of 7 years, I have been off of social media for 7 months. I enjoy juxtaposition and challenging my and other's reality. I have never published my work before, though am working on a creating my first ever chapbook. I enjoy reading, finding meaning, and discussing what scares me and then running toward it. This scares me.

Abdul Baza is an poet, who appreciates language in a formal computational linguistic sense, in addition to a purely intuitive sensory one. His work has haunted a nondescript folder on his laptop for quite some while. However, in a sudden moment of clarity; he realized it would please him greatly for his pieces to breathe life, independent. At the very least, to an editor's eyes.
